Description
The Study Startup Manager leads study startup in 1 to 3 assigned countries from project start through site activation, manages startup deliverables, timelines, client and vendor communications, quality metrics, training, resource allocation, and local team leadership. The role also monitors country-level performance indicators, escalates operational issues, and develops local startup manuals and best practices. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences, at least 7 years of study startup experience, over 3 years of lead or line-management experience, English and Chinese proficiency, and MS Office skills are required.
