Innovative Trials is hiring a permanent, on-site Patient Recruitment Co-ordinator to support recruitment and retention programmes across a portfolio of studies. The role coordinates study start-ups, client and vendor meetings, materials development, translation, fulfilment, data quality, compliance, quality reviews, timesheet reporting, and close-out activities. Candidates should have a life sciences, healthcare, or related degree or prior experience supporting patient recruitment and retention studies, along with strong adaptability, attention to detail, communication, planning, and leadership skills.
