Description
The Stylist provides individualized hair services and treatments, including haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling, while educating clients on LifeSpa and Salon products and maintaining salon standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completed cosmetology school, 1 to 3 years of stylist experience, a cosmetology license in the work state, and the ability to perform various hair services. Compensation is commission-based at 35% to 70% depending on product and productivity, with weekly minimum pay at the applicable minimum wage.
