The Stylist provides individualized hair services and treatments, including haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling, while educating clients on LifeSpa and Salon products and maintaining salon standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completed cosmetology school, 1 to 3 years of stylist experience, a cosmetology license in the work state, and the ability to perform various hair services and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is commission-based at 35% to 70% depending on product and productivity, with a weekly minimum wage floor, and benefits include a subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, training, paid leave, and for full-time members, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
