Description
The Stylist provides individualized hair services and treatments, including haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling, while educating clients on LifeSpa and Salon products and maintaining salon standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completed cosmetology school, 1 to 3 years of stylist experience, a cosmetology license in the work state, and the ability to perform various hair services and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation includes a base hourly rate equivalent to minimum wage plus incentive pay of 5% to 55% based on productivity.
