Skanska is hiring a permanent Sub Agent for its Infrastructure team in Norwich to oversee planning, delivery, and handover of civil engineering works at the A47 Thickthorn junction. The role manages and mentors the site team, prepares and reviews temporary works designs, maintains progress and site records, manages inspections, material approvals, health and safety, environmental awareness, subcontract compliance, and cost savings. Applicants need a degree or HND in Civil Engineering, vocational engineering training, construction and contracts knowledge, SMSTS training, and a relevant CSCS card.
