Description
The Sub-contractor removes existing windows and doors and installs new Pella windows and doors in residential applications. The role coordinates installation schedules, directs work at job sites, follows Pella installation guidelines and quality standards, tests and demonstrates products, maintains clean and safe work areas, communicates with customers, trains customers on operating procedures, collects completion certificates and outstanding balances, inspects subcontracted installers, performs recovery work, and manages product returns. Candidates need prior knowledge of general construction or window and door applications, communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with company fleet safety requirements.
