FERCHAU is hiring a Sub Project Lead Technical Engineering – Electrical Systems to lead the technical engineering of substation and station projects in complex grid expansion projects across Hesse and southern Lower Saxony. The role covers planning, approvals, preliminary cost planning, stakeholder coordination, service-provider management, preliminary studies, tendering, technical and economic concept analysis, detailed design, land acquisition, and standardization of engineering processes. Candidates need a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification, several years of experience in substation or primary electrical systems planning, implementation, or approval, project management experience, and an IPMA Level D or comparable certification.
