Groden Residential is hiring a Sub/Relief/Per Diem Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered supervision and individualized care for adults with autism and other developmental disabilities in residential group-home settings. The role covers hands-on assistance, behavioral intervention, job coaching, documentation, and other assigned duties, with shifts in Warwick, Johnston, and Smithfield, Rhode Island. Compensation is $23.00 per hour, and benefits include low staffing ratios, an Employee Assistance Program, and mileage reimbursement. Applicants need at least two years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED with four years of experience, or a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field with two years of experience, along with English proficiency, physical ability, a valid driver's license, and relevant certifications.
