Lockheed Martin is hiring a Subcontract Manager to manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk commercial, DOD, and international subcontracts. The role leads multifunctional subcontract management teams, develops subcontract specifications and procurement packages, prepares and evaluates bids, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects subcontractors, prepares awards, and administers subcontracts and changes. The position requires a bachelor's degree, subcontract management experience, analytical and leadership skills, and familiarity with procurement systems and federal acquisition regulations. The full-time salary range is $49,500 to $91,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
