Lockheed Martin is hiring a Subcontract Administration (SCA) professional to support early-career subcontract administration and negotiation for government programs. The role develops RFPs, incentive-fee and performance-based-payment plans, contract terms, and corporate documents; negotiates subcontractor agreements; issues compliant contracts and purchase orders; administers modifications; and monitors supplier performance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent education, at least two years of subcontract administration experience, negotiation experience, and US citizenship with eligibility for DoD TOP SECRET/SCI clearance. The position offers a full-time salary of $67,400 to $125,200 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
