Description
The Subcontract Administrator develops subcontract specifications, work statements, terms and conditions, bid packages, and evaluation criteria; conducts bidder conferences; analyzes and evaluates proposals; negotiates subcontract provisions; selects or recommends subcontractors; prepares awards; and administers resulting subcontracts. The role also coordinates subcontract modifications, collaborates with contracts administration and purchasing, and may sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and professional supply chain management experience are required, while SAP, FAR, and DFAR knowledge are desired. The full-time salary range is $59,900 to $111,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
