The role collaborates with the Capture team to develop RFP packages, analyze subcontract proposals, negotiate price and terms, and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, FAR, and DFARS. The position requires a bachelor's degree, supply chain, buying, procurement, or related experience, strong communication skills, and MS Excel proficiency; SAP or ERP experience is desired. The full-time salary range is $59,900 to $111,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
