Description
The role develops subcontract specifications, work statements, terms and conditions, bid packages, and evaluation criteria; conducts bidder conferences; analyzes and negotiates proposals and subcontract provisions; selects or recommends subcontractors; prepares awards; and administers resulting subcontracts. It also coordinates subcontract modifications and contributes to subcontract policies and procedures. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8 years of professional experience, or a related master's degree with 6 years of experience, along with defense procurement, acquisition-policy, negotiation, and contract-management expertise. Compensation ranges from $80,200 to $206,800 depending on the geographic zone, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
