AEVEX Aerospace is hiring an experienced Subcontract Administrator to support multiple business units and Department of Defense programs in a manufacturing environment. The role manages the full subcontract procurement cycle, including solicitation, supplier proposal evaluation, cost and price analysis, negotiations, subcontract administration, compliance, issue resolution, and closeout. It requires expertise in FAR/DFARS, ITAR, TINA, CAS, government property administration, CPSR audits, ERP/MRP systems, and supplier management, along with a bachelor's degree and at least five years of subcontract administration experience. The position is onsite with occasional travel and potential hybrid flexibility, requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain or maintain a Secret DoD clearance, and pays $109,300–$122,200 annually.
