Description

Bechtel is hiring a Subcontract Administrator/Contracts professional for the Fab 62 advanced semiconductor fabrication project at Intel’s Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. The role covers EPC subcontract formation and administration, including bidder sourcing and prequalification, request-for-proposal preparation, bid evaluation, contract negotiation and award, compliance monitoring, progress and cost tracking, change orders, amendments, reporting, and resolution of contractual, financial, legal, and technical issues. Candidates need a bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in subcontract administration, plus procurement, contract law, negotiation, accounting, and engineering/construction contracting knowledge.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Field administration of EPC contracts.
Accounting or cost engineering methods for negotiation strategy.
