Samsung E&A is seeking a Subcontract Engineer to assist the Field Control Manager with subcontract administration, including managing and reviewing subcontract agreements, negotiating contract changes, handling cost, delay, variation and other claims, reviewing progress invoices, maintaining subcontract documentation, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams, and preparing contract approvals and amendments. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, cost-control and project-based field-control experience, subcontract negotiation and drafting experience, and knowledge of construction, legal, commercial, and project-management topics.
