Description
The Subcontract Manager leads multifunctional teams and manages supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex commercial, DOD, and international subcontracts. The role develops subcontract specifications, prepares bid packages, evaluates proposals, negotiates terms, selects subcontractors, and administers awards and changes. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, supply-management experience, strong communication and project-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position offers full-time compensation ranging from $53,900 to $139,100 depending on the geographic zone, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
