Description
The Subcontract Manager oversees supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk commercial, DOD, and international subcontracts. The role leads multifunctional subcontract management teams, holds procurement delegation, develops subcontract specifications and procurement terms, prepares bid packages, evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects subcontractors, and administers awards and changes. It requires a bachelor's degree, Microsoft Office proficiency, and two years of professional experience; Federal Acquisition Regulations, negotiation, and SAP experience are desired.
