Lockheed Martin is hiring a Subcontract Management professional in Dallas to oversee end-to-end subcontract processes for moderate-to-high-risk COTS subcontracts. The role manages supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance; leads multifunctional teams; develops specifications and terms; prepares bid packages; evaluates proposals; negotiates subcontract terms; and administers awarded subcontracts through development, production, and sustainment. The position requires U.S. citizenship, Secret clearance eligibility, strong computer and communication skills, and experience with subcontract management, defense procurement, and LM S/4Hana. The full-time salary range is $59,900 to $111,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible scheduling, and other benefits.
