The role manages supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance; leads cross-functional teams; develops subcontract specifications and terms; prepares bid packages; evaluates proposals; negotiates provisions; and administers awarded contracts through the contract lifecycle. The position requires U.S. citizenship, Secret clearance eligibility, strong computer and communication skills, and experience in defense industry procurement and subcontract management; it offers a full-time salary range of $59,900 to $111,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
