Description
The Subcontract Manager oversees supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk commercial, DOD, and international subcontracts. The role leads multifunctional subcontract management teams, holds procurement delegation, develops subcontract specifications and procurement terms, prepares bid packages, evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects subcontractors, and administers awards and changes. A bachelor's degree and at least one year of supply chain, buying, or procurement experience are required; FAR or DFAR experience and SAP knowledge are desired. The full-time salary range is $67,400 to $125,200, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
