Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a Subcontract Manager in Fort Worth, Texas, to manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk commercial, DOD, and international subcontracts. The role leads multifunctional subcontract management teams, holds procurement delegation, develops subcontract specifications and procurement packages, conducts bidder conferences, evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract terms, selects subcontractors, prepares awards, and administers subcontracts and required changes. The position requires a bachelor's degree, FAR or DFARS experience, procurement and contract management experience, and advanced Microsoft Office skills; it offers onsite-to-remote flexible work arrangements and a full-time salary range of $72,500 to $134,600.
