Sikorsky is hiring a Senior Subcontracts Manager to own $10 million to $20 million of annual spend with Sikorsky suppliers and manage moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts across the full lifecycle. The role covers subcontract specifications, bid packages, negotiations, awarded-subcontract administration, change activity, supplier performance monitoring, procurement delegation, and ITAR/EAR compliance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least three years of supply-management or related experience, and strong communication, organization, project-management, and negotiation skills. The position offers a full-time salary range of $81,500 to $151,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
