Description
The Subcontract Manager leads multifunctional teams and manages supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk commercial, DOD, and international subcontracts. The role includes procurement delegation, supplier agreement and purchase-order signing, subcontract specification development, bid-package preparation, proposal evaluation, subcontractor selection, negotiations, awards, and subcontract administration. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, supply management experience, communication and project management skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required; Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures and SAP P2P knowledge are desired. The full-time salary range is $72,500 to $134,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
