Lockheed Martin is hiring a Senior Subcontract Management professional to manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk commercial, DOD, and international subcontracts. The role leads multifunctional subcontract management teams, holds procurement delegation, develops subcontract specifications and procurement packages, conducts bidder conferences, evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract terms, selects subcontractors, prepares awards, and administers subcontracts and required changes. The position is based in Fort Worth, Texas, with on-site or hybrid work options.
