The role leads subcontract management across the development, production, and global sustainment of complex subsystems and hardware, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, suppliers, and senior management while developing plans, resolving issues, and improving processes. The position requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain a secret clearance, supplier and cross-functional team experience, and strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and documentation skills; P2P, SC Nav, Tableau, SAP, TINA, supplier quality, engineering, and procurement experience are desired.
