The role manages supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance; leads multifunctional teams and exercises procurement delegation authority; develops subcontract specifications and terms; prepares bid packages; conducts bidder conferences; evaluates proposals; negotiates subcontract provisions; and administers awarded subcontracts and change activities. The position is fully remote, requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, and offers a full-time salary range of $65,200 to $168,200 depending on the geographic zone.
