Lockheed Martin is hiring a Subcontract Management Sr to oversee end-to-end subcontract execution across commercial, DOD, and international programs. The role manages supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance; leads multifunctional teams and holds procurement delegation authority; develops subcontract specifications and terms; prepares bid packages; conducts bidders’ conferences; evaluates proposals; and negotiates and administers awarded subcontracts. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, obtain a Secret clearance, and have strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and business-decision skills.
