Description
The Subcontract Manager supports the GDMS subcontract on the CPS program by coordinating with GDMS, SPM, PM, and SCA teams; managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance; leading multifunctional subcontract management teams; holding procurement delegation; developing subcontract specifications and procurement packages; conducting bidder conferences and proposal evaluations; negotiating subcontract provisions; selecting subcontractors; preparing awards; and administering subcontracts and required changes. The role requires supply chain or procurement experience, FAR/DFAR knowledge, negotiation and problem-solving experience, communication and Microsoft Office skills, travel availability, United States citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. The full-time salary range is $81,500 to $151,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
