Description
The Subcontract Manager leads multifunctional teams and manages supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex commercial, DOD, and international subcontracts. The role includes developing procurement specifications, preparing bid packages, evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract terms, selecting subcontractors, administering awards and change activity, and managing specialized materials, equipment, and services. Required qualifications include supply chain, procurement, FAR/DFAR, SAP, team leadership, communication, risk mitigation, and multi-functional organization experience; the position offers a full-time salary range of $109,700 to $203,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
