Lockheed Martin is hiring a Subcontract Manager to manage supplier cost, schedule, technical performance, risk, and opportunities across the Fleet Ballistic Missile portfolio. The role manages subcontracts through proposal, execution, delivery, and closeout; develops contractual relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders; controls costs through negotiation; and supports program and supplier visits. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, supply-chain and subcontract-management experience, DoW procurement knowledge, SAP or ERP familiarity, and the ability to obtain and maintain a US DoW SECRET clearance. The position offers a full-time salary of $100,200 to $186,200 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
