Description
Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Subcontract Program Manager to manage supplier, cost, schedule, and technical performance on developmental programs. The role leads a multifunctional team across internal and customer research and development programs, mentors subcontract administrators, creates statements of work, negotiates terms and conditions, performs price analyses, integrates subcontract data into the Integrated Master Schedule and Risk Register, and briefs stakeholders on subcontract activity status. The position is contingent on contract award and/or funding anticipated in late 4Q2026 and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, seven years of subcontract experience, procurement-to-pay experience, Integrated Master Schedule and supplier-management experience, U.S. citizenship, a U.S. SECRET clearance, and successful drug and background checks.
