Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a Subcontract Manager in Fort Worth, Texas to manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk commercial, DOD, and international subcontracts. The role leads multifunctional subcontract management teams, holds procurement delegation, develops subcontract specifications and procurement packages, conducts bidder conferences, evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract terms, selects subcontractors, prepares awards, and administers subcontracts and required changes. A bachelor's degree, FAR/DFAR experience, and supply chain or procurement experience are required; Aero industry, secret clearance, and international supply chain experience are desired.
