Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Subcontract Management Staff to support Missiles & Fire Control Programs such as F-35, THAAD, PAC-3, and Javelin. The role partners with program leadership and supplier management teams to develop, negotiate, award, modify, and close subcontracts; monitor supplier performance; identify and resolve risks; coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, finance, and legal teams; and apply DFARS, FAR, ITAR, and internal compliance requirements. The position is based in Dallas, requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a secret clearance, and offers a full-time salary range of $89,100 to $165,500 plus benefits.
