Lockheed Martin is hiring a Subcontract Management Staff for its Advanced Programs team to manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex commercial, DOD, and international subcontracts. The role leads multifunctional teams, holds procurement delegation authority, develops subcontract specifications and bid packages, evaluates proposals, negotiates terms, and administers awarded subcontracts and change activity. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, hold an active Secret clearance, and have procurement, supply chain, or subcontract experience on U.S. Government programs, including experience with Cost Plus, Fixed Price, and T&M subcontract types. The position offers full-time compensation ranging from $80,200 to $206,800 depending on the geographic zone, along with medical, dental, vision, flexible scheduling, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
