Lockheed Martin is hiring a Subcontract Manager to manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk commercial, DOD, and international subcontracts. The role leads multifunctional subcontract management teams, holds procurement delegation, develops subcontract specifications and procurement packages, conducts bidder conferences, evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract terms, selects subcontractors, prepares awards, and administers subcontracts and required changes. The position requires defense-industry supply chain or procurement experience, FAR or DFAR knowledge, SAP working knowledge, a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and U.S. citizenship; it offers a full-time salary range of $100,200 to $186,200 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
