Lockheed Martin is hiring a Subcontract Manager to manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk commercial, DOD, and international subcontracts. The role leads multifunctional subcontract management teams, holds procurement authority, develops subcontract specifications and bid packages, evaluates proposals, negotiates terms, selects subcontractors, and administers awards and changes. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, hold an active secret clearance, and have procurement, supply chain, or subcontract experience on U.S. Government programs, including Cost Plus, Fixed Price, and T&M subcontract types.
