Description
The Subcontract Management Staff will lead a cross-functional team and manage complex subcontracts for the Apache M-TADS/PNVS Program, serving as the primary point of contact for suppliers and projects. Responsibilities include supplier performance reporting, preparing and releasing Requests for Proposals, negotiating subcontract terms, resolving supplier risks, expediting material deliveries, and maintaining supplier relationships. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, travel willingness, and experience managing supplier relationships and cross-functional teams; TINA negotiation, LM SC Navigator, security clearance, and high-complexity procurement experience are desired. The full-time position offers a salary range of $89,100 to $165,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
