True Anomaly is seeking a Subcontract Manager to join their team. This role involves structuring agreements, managing supplier performance, and integrating subcontracted work across various aspects like cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance. The manager will support operational functions in developing subcontracting strategies, lead negotiations, drive contract structures, and collaborate with legal and program teams to mitigate risks. They will also manage subcontractor performance, identify risks, and ensure operational continuity.

Required Previous Experiences: experience in building and managing the subcontracting function
experience in structuring agreements and managing supplier performance
experience in integrating subcontracted work across cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to develop and execute subcontracting strategies aligned with program and production goals.
Experience leading negotiations and managing contracts, SOWs, NDAs, and change orders.
Ability to design incentive-driven contract structures and maintain standard subcontract templates.
Proficiency in partnering with Legal and Program teams to manage contractual and execution risk, especially regarding ITAR, export control, security, and regulatory compliance.
Strong ability to monitor subcontractor performance, establish KPIs, and implement mitigation plans for risk identification.
Experience leading regular reviews with strategic subcontractors to assess program needs and production readiness.
Effective communication skills to act as the main liaison between subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring seamless integration into program schedules and milestones.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Legal) to resolve issues and align subcontract activities with project timelines and budgets.
Skill in tracking subcontract budgets, commitments, and financial performance, ensuring timely payments according to contract terms.
Responsibility for maintaining subcontract documentation and audit readiness to support compliance and financial oversight.
