The role covers scope development and evaluation, bid evaluation, award recommendations, commercial negotiations, change management, subcontractor relationship management, contractor qualification, work-concentration monitoring, self-perform strategy support, and market intelligence. Candidates need electrical construction experience, commercial negotiation experience, construction-drawing interpretation, and electrical-construction scope and pricing experience; utility-scale solar, electrical-system, high-voltage, commissioning, and related education experience are preferred.
