Lockheed Martin is hiring a senior procurement leader to administer approximately $2.6 billion in annual procurements across multiple avionics and vehicle systems programs. The role directs day-to-day operations, integrates supply chain initiatives, manages RFPs, negotiations, awards, supplier performance, long-term agreements, commodity strategies, workforce development, and program targets. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of related experience, program and project management skills, FAR/DFAR knowledge, negotiation and sourcing experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. The full-time position offers a salary range of $180,000 to $325,000, medical, dental, and vision benefits, flexible work arrangements, and other rewards.
