Description
The Subcontract Program Manager will lead a global supply-chain team responsible for developing, deploying, and continuously improving acceleration-strategy initiatives across Munition Acceleration Programs. The role partners with global supply-chain and cross-functional teams, governs acceleration roadmaps, selects and rolls out supply-chain tools, establishes risk and mitigation frameworks, manages change, and builds a high-performing global team. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of progressive supply-chain or program-management experience in defense or aerospace, and the ability to influence senior leadership and external partners. The position offers a full-time salary range of $129,000 to $239,600 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
