Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Principal Subcontract Program Manager to lead subcontract management for electro-optical payloads at the Louisville, Colorado site. The role oversees cost, schedule, technical performance, RFPs, negotiations, awards, and supplier performance; leads the Subcontract Management Team; and coordinates with program managers, engineering, and suppliers. Candidates need 20+ years of electro-optical engineering experience, the ability to work on-site at the Louisville facility roughly once per month, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET/SCI SAP with CI Poly clearance. The position offers a full-time salary range of $158,700 to $294,700 depending on the applicable GeoZone, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
