Lockheed Martin is hiring a Subcontract Program Manager to lead a team of Subcontract Program Managers and oversee supplier execution for the Strategic Missile Defense and FBM programs. The role manages subcontract cost, quality, schedule, technical, financial, and contractual performance; develops sourcing and risk-management plans; leads cross-functional teams; and supports program milestones and reporting. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, and extensive team leadership experience. The position offers a full-time salary range of $178,500 to $331,500, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and up to 50% travel to customer and subcontractor locations.
