Description
The Subcontract Program Manager will lead a team of Subcontract Program Managers responsible for supplier execution within Lockheed Martin’s Strategic Missile Defense and FBM program offices. The role oversees subcontract cost, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance; manages sourcing, proposals, negotiations, subcontract plans, execution, and closeout; leads cross-functional teams; and reports program status. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, and extensive team leadership experience. The position offers a full-time salary range of $178,500 to $331,500, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and requires travel of up to 50% to customer and subcontractor locations.
