Lockheed Martin is hiring a Subcontract Program Manager Sr Stf to lead the Subcontract Management Team and oversee subcontractors and suppliers across cost, schedule, technical performance, RFP, negotiations, awards, and delivery. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of optical engineering experience, optical hardware development and delivery experience, full-time on-site work at the Louisville facility, domestic and possible international travel, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET/SCI SAP with CI Poly clearance. The full-time salary range is $145,100 to $269,500, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
