Lockheed Martin is hiring a Senior Staff Subcontract Program Management professional for the Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) program. The role leads a Subcontract Management Team for an assigned hardware subcontractor, overseeing cost, schedule, technical execution, supplier performance, status reporting, and proposal efforts. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of overall experience including subcontract and program management, experience with large subcontractors, CAM or EVM experience, and technical knowledge of missile or ground support systems. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a DoD SECRET clearance, and up to 30% travel; the full-time salary range is $145,100 to $269,500.
