Lockheed Martin is hiring a Subcontracts Program Manager to oversee subcontractor teams and manage the full lifecycle of subcontract programs, including sourcing, proposals, negotiations, cost and schedule accountability, risk management, and contract closeout. The role leads cross-functional teams and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, five years of relevant program or project experience, Earned Value Management experience, customer experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance.
