Description
The Subcontract Program Manager leads subcontract management teams and oversees assigned subcontractors across program performance, controls, risk mitigation, cost accountability, sourcing strategy, negotiation, schedule and contractual performance. Reporting to the Subcontracts Department Manager, the role manages subcontractor compliance with industrial and technology benefits and Canadian value proposition goals, supports supply-chain and post-award execution, and coordinates with engineers, quality and procurement personnel. The position requires an engineering, science or business degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and strong contracting, negotiation, leadership, communication, organizational and program management skills.
